Responsibilities & Context: Job Title: Merchandiser / Sr. Merchandiser Job Location: DK Global Fashion Wear Ltd., Kashimpur, Gazipur Responsibilities: Buyer communication and follow-up from order confirmation to shipment. Handle merchandising activities including order execution, T&A, costing, sampling and production follow-up. Coordinate with Buyer, Buying House, Production, Planning, QA, Fabric, Trims and Commercial departments. Follow up fabric, trims, accessories, lab dips, samples and approvals. Prepare and follow up Time & Action (T&A) calendar. Monitor production status and ensure timely shipment. Coordinate sample development and obtain buyer approvals within deadlines. Follow up quality requirements and buyer comments. Prepare order status reports and communicate regularly with buyers/buying houses. Ensure all buyer requirements are properly communicated to the relevant departments. Experience: Merchandiser: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Woven Garments Merchandising. Sr. Merchandiser: Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in Woven Garments Merchandising. Experience with Outerwear, Jacket, Sportswear, Denim or Workwear will be preferred. Candidates with strong experience in handling international buyers/buying houses will get preference. Age: 25-35 years (Age may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.) Gender: Male/Female Preferred Skills: Good command of English communication and email writing. Strong follow-up and negotiation skills. Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel and merchandising software. Ability to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines. Strong coordination and problem-solving capability.
