Responsibilities & Context: Job Location: Mouchak, Gazipur/ Kalurghat, Chattogram Responsibilities: Perform physical, chemical, and analytical testing of raw materials, packaging materials, syrup, treated water, carbonated water, beverage samples, and finished products. Conduct laboratory analysis according to approved PepsiCo standards, SOPs, and testing protocols. Monitor critical quality parameters during production, including brix, acidity (pH & Titratable Acidity), CO2 volume, beverage temperature, closure torque, appearance, color, taste, and odor etc. Perform line clearance and start-up quality verification before production begins. Identify deviations and immediately communicate abnormalities to Production and QA system. Inspect PET preforms, bottles, caps, labels, shrink film, cartons, and other packaging materials. Verify compliance with approved specifications before use in production. Maintain laboratory records, test reports, calibration logs, COAs, and quality documentation accurately. Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 requirements, PepsiCo Quality Management System and Bangladesh Food Safety Authority (BFSA) regulations.
