Responsibilities & Context:

• Strong hands-on experience running performance campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search/Display/Shopping), YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

• Deep understanding of Meta’s AI-driven ad ecosystem (Andromeda, Advantage+ campaigns, and creative testing frameworks).

• Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Meta Events Manager, and Looker Studio.

• Proven track record in keyword research, technical SEO, landing page/CRO optimization, Google Business Profile management, and Local SEO.

• Expertise in implementing and troubleshooting Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), UTM tracking parameters, and event configuration.

• Skilled in building lead-generation funnels, audience remarketing strategies, CRM integrations, and website traffic analysis.

• Ability to manage marketing budgets efficiently and continuously optimize campaigns for high ROAS, CPL, and CPA using data.

• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and automation platforms responsibly for research, ad copy creation, reporting, and productivity.

• Strong data-driven problem-solving mindset with excellent skills in preparing actionable performance reports and executive summaries.

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal creative, web, and sales teams.
