• Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

• At least 3 years

• Age 26 to 38 years

• Proven experience managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning through to execution.

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD is strictly required.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Senior -Maintenance, this role is responsible for planning and executing machine development projects, implementing preventive and predictive maintenance, minimizing breakdowns, controlling maintenance costs, and ensuring projects are completed within the approved schedule, budget, and safety requirements.

Job Description

• Plan, develop, and implement machine development and improvement projects.

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules based on equipment condition and operating data.

• Minimize unexpected breakdowns and maximize machine availability.

• Perform root cause analysis, cost control, safety and compliance, and performance monitoring and reporting.

• Ensure that planned maintenance activities are completed on time with minimal disruption.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years.

• Education: BSc. in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering (Mandatory).

• Competencies: Root cause analysis and troubleshooting; team and manpower management; basic computer skills in Office programs; preventive and predictive maintenance with machine development and improvement.
