Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced technical professional to join our team as the Manager-Sewing Technical. This role is critical to overseeing and optimizing the sewing production process. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience to lead technical activities, improve garment construction, and drive line efficiency from pilot runs through to bulk production.
Job Description
Lead all technical activities related to sewing production.
Develop the most efficient sewing methods for new styles.
Analyze garment construction to reduce SMV (Standard Minute Value).
Approve machine layouts and line balancing.
Support pilot runs and bulk production readiness.
Monitor line efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
Education: Graduation from any reputed institution
Experience: At least 10 Years
