Responsibilities & Context:
. Develop detailed production plans and time-action calendars (T&A) based on buyer requirements, order quantity, and capacity and shipment dates;
. Set production targets for each line/ machine/ department.
. Build and maintain master production schedules (MPS) based on sales forecasts and inventory targets.
. Track planned vs actual production
. Monitor efficiency, productivity, downtime, and line performance.
. Prepare daily production reports and MIS report.
. Communicate potential shipment risks to management and merchandising.
. Monitor daily workflows and address bottlenecks to prevent production delays.
