Job Responsibilities

• Safely drive the employer, family members, or authorized personnel to designated locations.

• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to schedules and instructions.

• Maintain the vehicle in clean, safe, and roadworthy condition at all times.

• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues promptly.

• Coordinate regular servicing, repairs, registration renewal, fitness certificate, tax token, and insurance updates.

• Keep accurate records of fuel consumption, mileage, maintenance, and travel history.

• Follow all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.

• Plan efficient routes to minimize travel time and avoid traffic congestion.

• Assist with loading and unloading luggage, packages, or personal belongings when required.

• Handle confidential information and maintain the privacy and security of passengers.

• Monitor fuel levels and ensure the vehicle is adequately fueled for daily operations.

• Remain available for extended hours, weekends, or emergency trips when necessary.

• Perform other transportation-related duties assigned by the employer.
