Education:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (BBA/BCom in Accounting or Finance preferred).
Master’s degree (MBA/MCom) in Accounting or Finance is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Expertise in VAT & Tax calculation, filing, and compliance.
Proficiency in the company’s accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
Experience in bank reconciliation, cash flow management, and ledger maintenance.
Skilled in handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory management.
Familiar with factory accounting (raw materials & finished goods).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy in all financial reporting.
Ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Record, maintain, and manage the company’s day-to-day financial transactions accurately and timely.
Conduct regular reconciliation of bank accounts and ensure accuracy in all financial records.
Maintain proper records of sales, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, and general ledger.
Prepare and maintain accounting records related to raw materials and finished goods for factory operations.
Be proficient in using the company’s own accounting software for all financial and reporting activities.
Prepare and submit all VAT & Tax returns, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of VAT, Tax, and related financial laws applicable to the company.
Assist in preparing financial statements, audit documentation, and other reports as required.
Perform any other duties assigned by management as necessary.
