Experience:

• 3 to 4 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any recognized institution

• 3 to 4 years

• Age At least 20 years

• 3–4 years of relevant experience is preferred.

• Fresher’s are also encouraged to apply if they have strong accounting knowledge and required skills.

• Have basic knowledge of social media and online activities.

• Must have basic accounting knowledge.

• Good computer operating skills.

• Knowledge of internet browsing is required.

• Must have a clear understanding of basic accounting procedures and Accounts Department activities.

Advanced MS Excel skills are mandatory:

• Pivot Table and Pivot Chart,

• Data analysis and reporting using Excel,

• Advanced formulas/functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS).

• Data sorting, filtering, and data validation,

• Chart and graphical presentation of data,

• Handling large data sets and preparing financial reports.

• Excel-based accounting data management and reconciliation.

• Conditional formatting and dashboard/report preparation

• Perform day-to-day basic accounting tasks of the Accounts Department.

• Maintain vouchers, ledger entries, bills, records, and other accounting documents.

• Prepare reports and manage financial data using MS Excel.

• Support the Accounts team in regular accounting operations.

• Maintain proper documentation and data records.

• Perform computer-based tasks and online browsing activities as required.
