Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Civil Engineer (CB Engineer) who will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing civil construction works. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site management skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure quality project delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Civil Engineering & Technical Skills

  • Prepare and review civil engineering drawings, structural details, and construction documents.

  • Understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for proper project execution.

  • Ensure construction works are performed according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.

  • Prepare quantity estimation, BOQ, and material requirements for projects. Using AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Check construction quality, materials, and workmanship as per project requirements.

  • Ensure proper implementation of construction methods and technical procedures.

• Site Supervision & Project Execution

  • Monitor daily construction activities and ensure work progress according to project schedules.

  • Supervise site works including civil, structural, finishing, and related activities.

  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.

  • Identify site issues and provide effective technical solutions.

  • Ensure proper safety procedures are followed at the project site.

  • Maintain site records, progress reports, and work documentation.

• Quality Control & Cost Management

  • Control project costs through proper planning and resource management.

  • Verify measurements, bills, and contractor submissions.

  • Ensure timely completion of assigned project activities.
