Department: Network Operation Center (NOC)
Job Responsibilities
24/7 ISP Network Monitoring ও Incident Management।
Core Network, GPON, FTTH এবং Backbone Network পর্যবেক্ষণ।
MikroTik, Cisco, BDCOM, VSOL, C-DATA OLT কনফিগারেশন ও ট্রাবলশুটিং।
Routing Protocol (Static, OSPF, BGP) পরিচালনা ও সমস্যা সমাধান।
VLAN, Trunk, STP, RSTP, PPPoE, DHCP, DNS, NAT, RADIUS কনফিগারেশন।
Network Outage দ্রুত শনাক্ত, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) এবং সমাধান।
NMS/Monitoring Tools (Zabbix, The Dude, PRTG, LibreNMS ইত্যাদি) ব্যবহার করে নেটওয়ার্ক পর্যবেক্ষণ।
Customer SLA বজায় রাখা এবং Escalation Management।
Network Performance Optimization ও Capacity Planning।
দৈনিক, সাপ্তাহিক ও মাসিক NOC রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত করা।
