Education:

• MBA (Major in Marketing) from any reputed public or private university is preferred.
• BBA in Marketing or equivalent degree will also be considered based on experience.

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in the marketing or business development department of a reputed Internet Service Provider (ISP) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets — must be highly goal-oriented.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and motivational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content strategy.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bangla.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.

Jobs Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or team-lead role within a reputed ISP or telecom company.

Additional Requirements

• Must have hands-on experience in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) industry in Bangladesh.
• Must be highly goal-oriented with a proven history of achieving revenue and subscriber growth targets.
• Strong network within the corporate, residential, and SME segments will be a significant advantage.
• Must be proactive, energetic, and result-driven with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Age limit: up to 45 years (relaxable for exceptional candidates).

Internet Service Provider

Jobs Responsibility

• Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Xplore Net's internet services and increase market share in Dhaka.
• Lead, guide, and manage the marketing team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and business targets.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, customer segments, and service gaps.
• Design and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing, SMS, leaflets, and local promotions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs and ROI; provide regular performance reports to senior management.
• Develop pricing strategies and promotional packages to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery aligned with marketing commitments.
• Oversee brand identity, public relations, and corporate communications of the company.
• Organize and participate in trade fairs, expos, road shows, and community events to increase brand visibility.
• Manage the marketing budget efficiently and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
