Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms

• Diploma in Architecture

• Diploma in Architecture, Architecture Technology, or Drafting Technology from a recognized institution.

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related discipline will be considered an added advantage.

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms

• Age At least 27 years

• Minimum 2–3 years of practical experience in an Architectural Consultancy Firm.

• Excellent command of AutoCAD (Mandatory).

• Good knowledge of CAD standards, layer management, plotting, Xref, blocks and sheet setup.

• Ability to prepare drawings from sketches, mark-ups, PDFs and hand drawings.

• Basic knowledge of SketchUp will be preferred.

• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Microsoft Office.

• Personal Attributes

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Experience in preparing complete Architectural Working Drawing Sets.

• Experience in RAJUK Submission Drawings and authority approval drawings.

• Experience in Construction Drawings and Detail Drawings.

• Experience in preparing As-built Drawings.

• Ability to revise and update drawings based on design changes.

• Experience in coordinating Architectural, Structural, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Fighting drawings.

• Experience in preparing door-window schedules, area statements, and drawing indexes.

• Experience in multi-storey residential, commercial and mixed-use projects will be preferred.

• Salary and Benefits: Monthly Gross Salary 12,000 to 15,000
