Educational Requirements

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of active experience in civil construction, structural project management, and facility maintenance.

• Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial, institutional, or healthcare infrastructure projects is highly preferred.

Technical & Behavioral Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management tools, and structural estimation software.

• Deep understanding of structural engineering, concrete testing, waterproofing, and building utility systems.

• Strong leadership, site supervision, and contractor negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Engineer to join our engineering and infrastructure development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading structural maintenance, ongoing building expansions, renovation projects, and civil works across our campus. This role requires a professional who can handle project planning, contractor supervision, structural safety checks, cost estimation, and quality assurance to ensure all facility infrastructure meets high structural and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Oversee the planning, design, and day-to-day execution of new structural constructions, interior renovations, and campus civil infrastructure maintenance.

• Site Supervision & Quality Control: Supervise construction activities, ensuring all materials, workmanship, and structural works comply with approved blueprints, engineering designs, and safety codes.

• Estimation & Costing: Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ), material cost estimates, structural budgets, and review contractor bills for accuracy.

• Contractor & Vendor Management: Coordinate with external architects, structural consultants, construction contractors, and site workers to ensure timely project delivery without cost overruns.

• Facility Inspection & Repair: Conduct routine inspections of existing buildings, roofs, drainage, and plumbing systems to identify structural defects, moisture issues, or maintenance needs, and execute prompt repair plans.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to national building codes (BNBC), workplace safety regulations, and environmental standards across all site activities.
