• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Civil

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D), MS Office, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software.

Hands-on experience in operating Levelling and Total Station surveying equipment.

Strong knowledge of RCC construction, finishing works, and overall project execution.

Sound understanding of BOQ preparation, project planning, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.

Excellent leadership, team management, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building construction projects for B.Sc. Civil Engineers.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in building construction projects for Diploma Civil Engineers.

• Prior experience in commercial and/or industrial construction projects will be given preference.

• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, design specifications, building codes, quality standards, and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with department to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Monitor and track project progress to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest construction standards are met.

• Perform inspections and quality checks on materials, workmanship, and finished products.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, change orders, and progress reports.

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations at project sites.

• Sound knowledge of RSC and NIRAPON documentation and compliance requirements.

• Experience in construction material testing and performance evaluation.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project activities simultaneously.

• Provide regular project status updates to chinses/Bangla senior management
