Responsibilities & Context:

Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Executive, SEO Specialist, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Strong understanding of organic social media growth, content strategy, audience engagement, and lead generation.

Strong knowledge of SEO, especially off-page SEO, backlink building, link-building strategies, keyword research, and website authority growth.

Ability to develop and execute strategies to improve social media reach, engagement, followers, website traffic, search rankings, and inbound leads.

Experience identifying trends, analyzing competitors, and finding new growth opportunities.

Ability to create content plans, content calendars, captions, hooks, headlines, and CTAs.

Basic understanding of Reels, Shorts, TikTok videos, video content, and visual storytelling.

Ability to coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, and content teams and provide clear content requirements.

Good understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4, SEO tools, and social media analytics.

Ability to monitor and report KPIs including organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlinks, reach, engagement, follower growth, inquiries, and leads.

Strong communication, copywriting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good command of English and Bangla.

Proactive, creative, organized, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
