Responsibilities & Context:
Jamuna Electronics & Automobiles Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Plaza Manager (PM) to manage overall showroom (plaza) operations, sales performance, and team leadership to ensure business growth and excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for managing day-to-day showroom (plaza) operations;
Achieve assigned sales targets of electronics & automobile products;
Supervise, guide, and motivate sales & support staff;
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints effectively;
Monitor inventory control, stock movement, and product display;
Ensure proper cash handling, billing, and daily sales reporting;
Coordinate with Head Office regarding sales, stock, and operational issues;
Maintain showroom discipline, cleanliness, and brand image;
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards, &
Prepare and submit regular operational and performance reports.
