About the Role: You will be the first voice our clients hear. From the first inquiry to project updates and follow-ups, you will make sure every client feels heard, informed, and looked after.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
Understand each client’s needs and guide them to the right service or team.
Build a solid working knowledge of our services, processes, and policies.
Handle complaints politely, offer practical solutions, and follow up until the issue is closed.
Schedule meetings and site visits, and coordinate with our design, construction, and sales teams.
Keep client records accurate and up to date after every interaction.
Meet team targets for response time, resolution, and client satisfaction.
