Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new market opportunities and generate qualified leads for architectural and interior projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, developers, and contractors
- Visit construction sites and corporate offices to explore business opportunities
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team to achieve targets
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales and revenue reports
- Participate in exhibitions, business meetings, and industry events on behalf of the company
- Collaborate closely with design, project, and management teams
- Gather client feedback and provide strategic insights for service improvement
