Responsibilities & Context:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Identify new market opportunities and generate qualified leads for architectural and interior projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, developers, and contractors
  • Visit construction sites and corporate offices to explore business opportunities
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team to achieve targets
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales and revenue reports
  • Participate in exhibitions, business meetings, and industry events on behalf of the company
  • Collaborate closely with design, project, and management teams
  • Gather client feedback and provide strategic insights for service improvement
