Olin is a growing baby and mother care brand in Bangladesh. We are looking for responsible, proactive, and customer-focused individuals to manage our social media pages and support daily e-commerce operations. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing online orders, moderating social media pages, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
Manage and monitor the company's Facebook page and other social media platforms.
Respond to customer inquiries, messages, and comments promptly and professionally.
3. Handle page moderation, including managing comments, reviewing customer interactions, and maintaining a positive online environment.4.Coordinate with the packaging, inventory, and delivery teams to ensure timely order processing.
5.Support daily e-commerce operations, promotional activities, and other tasks assigned by management.
