Olin is a growing baby and mother care brand in Bangladesh, looking for a creative, skilled, and motivated Creative Designer & Digital Marketer to strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, creativity, and digital marketing strategies to create engaging content, promote products, increase brand awareness, and drive online sales.

Job Responsibilities

1. Design creative graphics, promotional banners, product posters, and social media content for Facebook and other digital platforms.

2. Create and edit engaging promotional videos, reels, and short-form video content for product marketing.

3. Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and online sales.

4. Manage and optimize Facebook page content, posting schedules, and promotional activities.

5. Assist in planning and executing Facebook Ads and other digital advertising campaigns.

6. Develop creative marketing ideas, campaign concepts, and promotional strategies for different products.

7. Monitor campaign performance, analyze engagement and sales results, and suggest improvements.

8. Maintain brand consistency across all visual content, advertisements, and marketing materials.

9. Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to improve marketing strategies.

10. Work closely with the sales and management teams to achieve business and marketing objectives.
