The minimum qualifications are as follows:

Requirements of Geotechnical Design Engineer

• Must be graduated from a reputed university and have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 out of scale 4.0.

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience after Graduation or completion of Master in Civil Engineering

• M.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical) will be a preferred qualification.

• Must have skilled in relevant geotechnical engineering software such as PLAXIS 2D.

• Must have proficiency in code, standard, commentary and good engineering practices.

• Ability to deliver excellent technical report and presentation.

• Must have capability to complete the deliverables within a baseline.
