Responsibilities & Context:

• Provide professional, courteous, and timely technical support via telephone, electronic help desk, and live chat.

• Diagnose, handle, and resolve customer complaints related to PCB circuit issues.

• Perform soldering and repair work on networking devices such as STB (Set-Top Box), ONU, OLT, EDFA, and related equipment.

• Collect, analyze, and evaluate relevant information to resolve technical inquiries and issues.

• Maintain accurate support logs, records, and required documentation.

• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.

• Record details of customer inquiries, feedback, complaints, and actions taken.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and administrative guidelines.

• Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Fresher candidates must have the interest and commitment to work for at least 2 Years. However, this condition does not apply to experienced candidates.

• For fresher candidates ok will be appliable for trainee period. After complete trainee period successfully & permanent posting salary will be applicable about to 13K - 15K.
