GreenTech Venture is an industrial engineering, automation, machine troubleshooting, electronics repair, retrofit, modernization and industrial machinery solution provider.

We are looking for energetic, technically curious and communication-oriented fresh engineering graduates for the position of Trainee Industrial Automation Engineer – Sales & Customer Success.

This is not a conventional sales position. The selected candidate will work at the intersection of Industrial Automation, Technical Sales, Lead Generation and Customer Success.

The candidate will communicate with factories and industrial customers, identify machine breakdown and automation-related requirements, collect preliminary technical information, coordinate with GreenTech Venture's technical team and maintain systematic follow-up with prospective and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to factories and industrial companies following GreenTech Venture's approved cold-call process and scripts.

• Communicate professionally with Factory Owners, Managing Directors, Plant Heads, General Managers, Maintenance Managers, Electrical/Automation Engineers, Production Managers and Procurement personnel.

• Identify factories experiencing machine breakdown, recurring faults, obsolete controllers, unavailable spare parts and PLC/HMI/Drive/industrial electronics-related problems.

• Identify the appropriate technical decision-maker or responsible person within each factory.

• Ask relevant preliminary technical questions to understand customer requirements and machine conditions.

• Collect machine information through phone and WhatsApp, including machine name, brand, model, nameplate, controller, PLC, HMI, VFD/Drive, alarm/error information and relevant photographs.

• Coordinate collected machine information with GreenTech Venture's senior engineers/technical team for preliminary diagnosis.

• Communicate preliminary technical recommendations and next steps to customers under supervision.

• Assist in identifying whether a machine problem may require Repair, Retrofit, Modernization or Replacement.

• Generate and qualify industrial sales/service leads from assigned databases.

• Maintain regular follow-up through phone, WhatsApp and other approved communication channels.

• Maintain accurate customer, company, machine, lead and follow-up information in the company's CRM/database.

• Categorize and prioritize prospective customers and machine-recovery opportunities according to company guidelines.

• Schedule meetings, technical discussions and factory visits when required.

• Support preparation and follow-up of technical/commercial proposals, quotations and service opportunities.

• Develop long-term professional relationships with industrial customers and support customer retention.

• Learn GreenTech Venture's industrial automation, machine recovery, electronics repair and modernization solutions.

• Achieve assigned call, lead generation, customer engagement, follow-up and conversion KPIs.

• Prepare daily/weekly activity and lead-status reports for management.

• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Engineering, Sourcing and Management teams as required.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the company/management according to business requirements.
