• Master of Science (MSc)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Diploma in Engineering

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Design/Printing/Publishing, Trading or Export/Import, Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms, Indenting Firm, Financial Consultants, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Fire Fighting and Safety

• Age At least 30 years

• Minimum 5–7 years’ proven experience in preparing bankable project profiles, feasibility reports, and factory setup planning.
• Experience in industrial building design, MEP consultancy, licensing, and utility setup will be highly preferred.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, project planning tools, and technical drawing software (AutoCAD preferred).
• Strong knowledge of industrial regulations, licensing procedures, and compliance.
• Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills in English & Bangla.

• Prepare bankable project profiles (PP Preparation, PP Query, PP Sample) for industrial ventures.
• Conduct market research, demand-supply analysis, competitor benchmarking, and investment feasibility studies.
• Develop financial models including CAPEX, OPEX, ROI, break-even analysis, and cash flow.
• Plan and design factory layout, industrial building structures, and process workflows.
• Provide MEP consultancy (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) for industrial plants.
• Assist with licensing, regulatory approvals, and compliance requirements.
• Plan and coordinate utility setup (power, water, gas, ETP, etc.) for industrial projects.
• Support in machinery selection, automation planning, and project implementation scheduling.
• Ensure project reports are bankable, investor-ready, and aligned with institutional requirements.
