Experience:

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Furniture Manufacturer, Interior Design

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture

• B.Sc. in Architecture or relative discipline from a recognized university.

• PGD/ Certification in Interior Design or Project Management will be preferred

• Certification/Diploma in Interior Design or Project Management will be given preference.

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Furniture Manufacturer, Interior Design

• Age At least 40 years
• Only Male

Experience

• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in Interior project management.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in Interior project management

• Prior experience in a similar AGM or leadership role is preferred

• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale Interior projects

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)

• Familiarity with interior design tools (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) is a plus

• Excellent project management and organizational skills

• Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling abilities

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end interior fit-out and renovation projects from planning to handover

• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project alignment

• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans

• Monitor on-site interior work to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications

• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and material specifications

• Ensure timely project delivery within approved budget

• Supervise and mentor junior engineers, designers, and site staff

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all project stages

• Prepare progress reports and presentations for senior management

• Salary: BDT 50,000-70,000/- per month (Negotiable, Based on experience)
