• B.Sc. in Engineering (EEE/Mechanical)

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

• Age At least 27 years

• Preference will be given to the candidates having relevant job experience in any pump related company.

• Excellent knowledge on water pumps, Electric motors, Sanitary Ware and kitchen Appliances.

• Any training on relevant servicing is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Good Knowledge using MS Word, Excel, Power Point and internet.

• Leading Service team with full responsibility.

• Supervising subordinate service Technicians with allocating proper jobs.

• Monitoring Service technicians completing allocated jobs.

• Supervise installation, commissioning and servicing of industrial and commercial pumps,

• Generate service related queries, handling complains along with emergency service support.

• Taking customer feedback and ensure total customer satisfaction regarding service and report management accordingly.

• Check and verify all the bills submitted by Technicians.

• Preparing service report weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly and submit the report to reporting authority without fail.

• Communicating with foreign principles and ensure excellent relationship sharing reports and other documents.

• Ensuring proper documentation.

• Take guidance and instruction of reporting authority and perform accordingly.

• Any other tasks assigned by company management.
