Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Person should have good knowledge about Electrical Sub-Station, Diesel Generator and BBT.

• Preference will be given to those candidates who have a motorcycle and Driving License.

• Comfortable with regular field visits.

• Genuine interest in Sales & Marketing.

• Willingness to work with monthly sales targets.

• Ability to communicate professionally in Bangla and English.

• Good customer-handling and negotiation ability.

• Self-motivated, disciplined and willing to learn.

• Motorcycle driving ability will be an advantage.

• Enthusiastic and proactive in nature.

• Regular field visits to identify and develop new customers.

• Generate new leads from industrial, commercial and other potential customers.

• Collect and maintain accurate customer and project information.

• Contact decision-makers and understand their electrical equipment requirements.

• Follow up leads systematically from initial contact to order confirmation.

• Arrange customer meetings and site visits.

• Coordinate with the technical and commercial teams for quotations and proposals.

• Follow up quotations and participate in commercial negotiations.

• Work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain regular customer communication and develop long-term relationships.

• Submit daily/weekly sales and lead-generation reports.

• Maintain confidentiality of company, customer and project information.
