• Diploma in Engineering

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant field are most preferable

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the installation, commissioning, and servicing of customer equipment.

• Allocate service engineers and technicians based on project priorities and customer requirements.

• Ensure timely response to customer service requests and minimize machine downtime.

• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles and practices

• Proven project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Problem-solving and analytical skills

• Maintain service records, machine history, and customer feedback reports.

• Coordinate with the sales team and principals for spare parts, technical support, and warranty claims.

• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project)
