Job Purpose:

Looking for a consultant to support complaint management processes through case coordination, investigations, field inquiries, report preparation, and stakeholder collaboration. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to transparent, fair, and effective grievance resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate complaint investigations, hearings, and field inquiries by ensuring effective case management, stakeholder coordination, and timely completion of related activities.

  • Prepare investigation reports, hearing summaries, field inquiry reports, and other institutional documents while maintaining accurate case records and documentation.

  • Facilitate the collection and verification of relevant information, evidence, and supporting documents from programme and head office teams to support fair and transparent case resolution.

  • Provide administrative, operational, and reporting support, including coordinating meetings, workshops, financial documentation, and periodic organizational reports, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation, including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
