Position: Research Assistant / Research Intern

We are looking for a Research Assistant / Research Intern to support ongoing research projects involving data management, quantitative analysis, and research-related tasks.

This is an entry-level opportunity suitable for undergraduate students, recent graduates, or individuals who are interested in developing practical research and data analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with data cleaning, organization, and management.

• Conduct basic descriptive and quantitative data analysis.

• Work with survey and administrative datasets.

• Assist in preparing tables, graphs, and summaries of research findings.

• Perform data processing and analysis using STATA, SPSS, and Microsoft Excel.

• Assist with literature searches and other research-related tasks where required.

Required Skills

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of STATA.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SPSS.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Understanding of basic data analysis and descriptive statistics.

• Ability to work with large datasets and maintain accuracy in data management.

• Good attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Undergraduate student/recent graduate in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Social Sciences, or a related field.

• Prior experience working with survey data or research projects is an advantage, but not essential.

• Familiarity with basic econometric concepts is an advantage.
