4-year undergraduate degree from a recognized university.
Minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 or 1st Class.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical ability with a solid understanding of recruitment tests in Bangladesh; capable of critical thinking and problem-solving.
Competitive Exam Experience: Participation in the BCS written examination or similar competitive exams is mandatory.
Writing Skills: Experience in freehand writing (academic essays, reports, publications) preferred; familiarity with research writing is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct in-depth research and develop high-quality academic content for publications.
Writing, editing, proofreading, and copy-checking of the manuscript.
Collaborate closely with the academic team and subject matter experts if needed.
Review, revise, and ensure accuracy of content while meeting project deadlines.
Maintain ethical standards in research and content development.
