• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering/Business/Marketing or relevant discipline.

• Candidates with additional professional experience and industry expertise will be given preference.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Steel

• Age At least 35 years
• Only Male

1. Provide consultancy support for complete setup of Plastic Pipe & GI Pipe manufacturing mill.

2. Assist in factory layout planning, machinery selection, installation, and operational workflow.

3. Develop production planning and operational strategy for smooth manufacturing activities.

4. Guide management regarding raw materials, quality control, and production efficiency.

5. Prepare marketing and sales strategy for Plastic Pipe & GI Pipe products.

6. Build and structure an effective marketing and sales team.

7. Develop dealer/distributor network and market expansion plan.

8. Conduct market analysis and competitor assessment.

9. Train and guide marketing personnel to achieve business targets.

10. Provide recommendations for branding, pricing, and customer engagement strategy.

11. Coordinate with management for business development and long-term operational sustainability.
