Responsibilities & Context:
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Provide counseling to students for study abroad opportunities (Australia, New Zealand, etc.)
Guide students on course selection, universities, and visa processes
Handle student inquiries (in-person, phone, WhatsApp, social media)
Assist with application processing and documentation
Maintain strong follow-up with students and convert leads into enrollments
Work closely with the admissions and visa team
