Marketing Officer – Key Responsibilities (Visa Consultancy Company)
• Develop Marketing Strategies:
Create and implement marketing plans to promote the company’s visa services.
• Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients through online platforms, social media, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Digital Marketing Activities:
Manage social media pages, run ads, create promotional content, and boost online presence.

• Client Communication:
Respond to client inquiries, explain visa services, and guide them through the initial process.
• Market Research:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to improve marketing strategies.
• Campaign Management:
Plan and execute advertising campaigns, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
• Brand Promotion:
Maintain the company’s brand image through effective communication and promotional activities.

• Collaboration with Sales Team:
Work closely with the sales/admission counselors to convert leads into clients.
• Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on marketing performance, lead status, and campaign results.
• Content Creation:
Create engaging posts, brochures, videos, and other marketing materials.
• Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain good relationships with clients to ensure trust and satisfaction.
