• Age At least 18 years

Provide professional counselling to students regarding higher education opportunities in Australia, Canada, USA, UK, Malaysia, New Zealand, and Europe.

Assess students' academic background and recommend suitable universities, courses, and study destinations.

Guide students through the admission process, including application preparation and document collection.

Assist students in preparing Statements of Purpose (SOP), CVs, and other admission-related documents.

Follow up with prospective students and maintain strong relationships throughout the admission and visa process.

Coordinate with partner universities and institutions regarding applications and admission updates.

Maintain accurate student records and update CRM/database regularly.

Support students with visa application procedures and pre-departure guidance.

Participate in education fairs, seminars, university events, and promotional activities.

Achieve monthly and annual student recruitment targets.

Stay updated with university requirements, scholarship opportunities, visa policies, and immigration regulations.

Provide excellent customer service to students and parents.(
