We are looking for a highly proactive and entrepreneurial professional who can take lead and ownership of our student recruitment business and drive it independently. This role goes beyond counseling — it requires someone who can build, execute, and scale student acquisition strategies while structuring and optimizing overall business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate guidance on study destinations, universities, courses, visa processes, and admission requirements.

• Take full lead and ownership of student acquisition.

• Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract students for studying abroad.

• Actively generate leads through market visits, partnerships, networking, and personal connections.

• Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and key stakeholders.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.

• Design and implement structured processes for lead management, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Drive aggressive sales efforts to meet and exceed monthly targets.

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seminars, and outreach programs.

• Optimize the student journey from inquiry to enrollment to improve conversion rates.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
