Responsibilities & Context:

• Attract prospective students through online and offline campaigns

• Counsel students on study abroad opportunities and suitable universities.

• Analyze demand for countries, courses, and intakes; Promote partner universities and institutions

• Assist with admission applications, visa documentation, and related processes.

• Liaise with foreign universities and institutions for student placements.

• Organize & promote education fairs seminars, workshops, campus vigits and info sessions for prospective students.

• Maintain communication with students until enrollment is successful.

• Contact potential and existing clients over phone and provide accurate information

• Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.

• Generate inquiries via social media, websites, webinars, education fairs, and partnerships

• Build good relationships with clients and handle queries politely.

• Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets.

• Coordinate with the sales/team for successful conversions.

• Communicate updates related to visa rules, policy changes, or travel restrictions

• Ensure all promotional materials are accurate and compliant with education laws
