Responsibilities & Context:

The Assistant Manager – Interior Sales will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with the design and project teams to ensure successful project delivery. The role requires strong sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of interior design solutions and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporate clients, individual clients, architects, consultants, and referral networks.

  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and provide suitable interior design solutions.

  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.

  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

  • Coordinate with the design, estimation, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure smooth project implementation.

  • Monitor project progress and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management.

  • Monitor competitors' activities and identify market trends.

  • Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities to generate leads.

  • Ensure timely collection of payments in coordination with the finance department.

  • Maintain an updated CRM database and accurate sales records.
