Responsibilities & Context:

RDS Creative Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – Sales (Design Excellence Centre) to drive business growth by combining sales expertise with design consultation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting with clients, understanding project requirements, and presenting creative design solutions. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with the design and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through client acquisition and networking.

  • Meet prospective clients to understand their design, architectural, and interior project requirements.

  • Present company services, design concepts, and value propositions professionally.

  • Coordinate with architects, designers, and project teams to develop customized proposals and presentations.

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.

  • Conduct design presentations and explain concepts confidently to clients.

  • Negotiate project terms and successfully close sales deals.

  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.

  • Coordinate project handover from sales to the execution team.

  • Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
