Responsibilities & Context:
- Achieve Regional Sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- To visit the potential customers, dealers in regular basis.
- Introduce new sales strategies to beat the competitors and capture the cream of the market.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products, pricing, and promotions to dealers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports for management review.
- Participate in daily and monthly sales meetings to plan and track performance goals.
- Interacting with different internal and external. Preparing and presenting different reports for decision making by sales leadership team.
- Collaborate with the marketing and supply chain teams to support promotions and product availability.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Maintain and update the customer & Dealers database and profiles regularly for accurate record-keeping.
