Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Brainstorm, script, and produce engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook
Write catchy, interactive captions and ad copies in both Bangla and English
Stay up-to-date with local social media trends, viral audio, and meme culture to leverage them for brands
Collaborate closely with video editors and graphic designers to execute creative concepts
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication & Journalism, English, Marketing, or any discipline
Note: Educational background will be relaxed for candidates with an exceptional creative portfolio.
Experience Requirements:
1 to 3 years of experience in professional content writing, copywriting, or social media management
Must share a portfolio or links to previously created content/pages
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
