Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

An experienced and highly organized Partner & Operations Manager to drive strategic partnerships, channel business growth, and operational excellence within the Business Development function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing technology and business partners, supporting revenue-generating initiatives, optimizing sales operations, and ensuring seamless coordination across business development, pre-sales, bid management, marketing, and project delivery teams.

This role serves as the operational backbone of the Business Development department while expanding strategic alliances that contribute to revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Management & Alliance Development

• Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with technology partners, solution providers, system integrators, distributors, and channel partners.

• Identify new partnership opportunities that align with the company's growth strategy.

• Negotiate partnership agreements, collaboration frameworks, and commercial terms.

• Manage partner onboarding, enablement, certification, and engagement programs.

• Coordinate joint business planning, go-to-market activities, and co-selling initiatives.

• Maintain strong relationships with strategic partners including software vendors, cloud providers, consulting firms, and technology alliances.

Channel Business Development

• Develop and execute partner-driven revenue strategies.

• Create partner sales programs, incentive structures, and performance frameworks.

• Monitor partner-generated opportunities, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution.

• Support channel partners with product information, sales tools, and proposal development.

• Conduct regular partner performance reviews and business planning sessions.

Business Development Operations

• Establish and improve operational processes for business development activities.

• Monitor sales pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and forecasting processes.

• Ensure CRM data accuracy, sales reporting consistency, and process compliance.

• Develop dashboards and performance reports for management review.

• Support annual business planning, sales target allocation, and resource planning.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate activities between Business Development, Pre-Sales, Bid Management, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Project Delivery teams.

• Ensure timely completion of proposals, partnership agreements, and commercial documentation.

• Facilitate communication and alignment among internal and external stakeholders.

• Support large strategic opportunities involving multiple business units and partners.

Sales Enablement & Process Improvement

• Develop and maintain sales playbooks, partnership frameworks, and operational guidelines.

• Standardize business development workflows and documentation.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.

• Implement best practices to improve productivity, efficiency, and revenue generation.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track business development KPIs, partnership performance, and operational effectiveness.

• Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, partner contributions, and business trends.

• Prepare executive reports and management dashboards.

• Provide recommendations for business growth and operational improvements.

Contract & Compliance Management

• Maintain partnership contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and commercial agreements.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and contractual obligations.

• Coordinate contract renewals and partner performance evaluations.

• Support vendor and partner governance activities.

Strategic Initiatives

• Support expansion into new markets, industries, and business segments.

• Participate in strategic planning and business growth initiatives.

• Identify emerging partnership opportunities related to Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity, ERP, HRIS, SaaS, and Digital Transformation solutions.

• Assist leadership in evaluating new business models and alliance opportunities.
