  • Good English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Summary:

We are an international Architectural & Engineering team providing permit-ready residential design services for clients across the USA and the UK. Our projects include new residential homes, home additions, ADUs, garage conversions, basement conversions, renovations, duplexes, and custom residential developments.

We are looking for an experienced MEP & HVAC Engineer who can independently design Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems, perform engineering calculations, and prepare permit-ready drawing packages in accordance with USA and UK building codes.

Key Responsibilities:

The selected engineer will be responsible for preparing complete residential MEP and HVAC design packages from architectural plans.
