Title: Revit Architectural Production and Design – U.S. Projects
Company Name: DLVERY CO
Vacancy: --
Age: 25 to 30 years
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
Salary: Tk. 85000 - 120000 (Monthly)
Experience:
Fully Remote | Independent Contractor | 2 Openings Available
A U.S.-based architectural delivery practice is seeking two junior Revit professionals in the Philippines to support architectural production and design documentation for residential, hospitality, high-rise, and mixed-use projects in the United States. Those projects are not your average projects - they are usually special, marque jobs with construction budgets above quarter billion USD.
Why only junior, you may ask?
This position requires someone who can work effectively in a fast-paced architectural production environment. The contractor must be comfortable supporting multiple projects, changing priorities frequently, and moving between assignments while maintaining accuracy, organization, and clear communication. We got your back! You will never be asked to take on anything you were not prepared to do. We will teach you - we are interested in you keeping up with our standards and workflows!
Back to junior topic - we only hire juniors and grow senior staff from juniors. You will have to relearn and reconsider a lot of what you thought you knew, and be able to stick to following the initial training, instructions and peer review process. That is often a hard pill to swallow for more senior professionals having to re-adjust and re-learn.
Previous professional experience working on U.S. architectural projects is mandatory.
The role will initially focus on addressing architectural markups and redlines, maintaining and authoring Revit models, and coordinating with the broader production team collaborators and team leads. Contractors who demonstrate strong technical ability, reliability, and understanding of the company’s standards will gradually receive greater independence, responsibility and compensation. We do strive to stay manageably small in size and hyper effective (due to our lean processes and agile workflows) as well as provide exceptional opportunities for non-linear monetary and personal growth. You will be working with the best of the best in the industry, working alongside and learning from!
