• Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Khulna University of Engineering and Technology, Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology, Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology, and Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Developer

• Age 30 to 48 years
• Only Male

• Strong knowledge of architectural and construction drawings.

• Expertise in BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and measurement works.

• Sound knowledge of material consumption calculation and construction materials.

• Strong project supervision and workforce management capabilities.Good coordination and communication skills.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant engineering software.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings for project execution.

• Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

• Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and the internal design team for smooth project implementation.

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and material requirement plans.

• Source construction materials, obtain quotations, and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.

• Monitor material consumption and prepare measurement sheets, work progress reports, and material reconciliation statements.

• Manage and supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety regulations and construction standards.

• Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.

• Identify project risks, technical issues, and delays, and recommend practical solutions.

• Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets and quality standards.
