Responsibilities & Context:
To develop policies & procedures, implement team, evaluate the organization’s performance and take necessary corrective action to improve operational effectiveness and organizational efficiency. Schedule coordinate and conduct regularly scheduled construction progress meeting with the management.
To carry out all types of civil engineering construction work and estimate.
To manage and supervise the activities of all the personnel of the project.
To check and ensure that the work is carries out as per design and drawing.
Should have extensive experience in construction finishing works.
To prepare project budget in details and allocate the resources accordingly considering expenses to ensure the desired profit.
To determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for projects.
To track issues and develop plans to correct the implementation process immediately.
To escalate problems for prompt resolution.
To maintain liaison with various Government, semi-Government, Autonomous bodies for various approval of construction works and infrastructure project.
To develop project execution plan and manage the individual projects.
To monitor deviations from budget and take corrective action to meet established goals.
To ensure assigned projects are completed within scheduled time budget by meeting client’s specification.
To provide strategic leadership for the organization by closely working with the management to establish short-, medium- and long-term business goals, strategies, plan and policies.
To ensure progress in made onsite and work progress in accordance with the agreed upon schedule.
