Job Context:

Green Property Solutions is looking for an experienced, skilled, and responsible Site Engineer – Civil (Real Estate Projects) to supervise construction activities, ensure quality and compliance with approved drawings and specifications, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, monitor project progress, and ensure timely project completion.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities.

• Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.

• Monitor quality, safety, and project progress.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers.

• Manage site manpower, materials, and equipment.

• Inspect workmanship and ensure quality compliance.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

• Verify work measurements and contractor bills.

• Resolve site issues and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure timely project completion within budget and quality standards.
