Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• 10 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Toiletries

• Age 30 to 40 years

• 10 to 12 years of experience in the QC department of a reputed FMCG/Toiletries industry.

• Minimum 5 years in a managerial or assistant managerial role.

• Direct experience with soap, detergent powder, and liquid formulations is mandatory.

Project Planning & Execution

• Supervise plant expansions for new soap, detergent, and liquid lines.

• Manage civil construction from excavation to final structural completion.

• Review engineering drawings, blueprints, and architectural layouts for accuracy.

• Prepare project timelines, resource schedules, and daily progress reports.

Cost Estimation & Vendor Management

• Develop Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and accurate cost estimations.

• Evaluate contractor bids and negotiate commercial terms for civil works.

• Verify contractor bills against physical site progress before payouts.

• Source high-quality materials compliant with industrial manufacturing standards.

Plant Maintenance & Specialized Infrastructure

• Maintain specialized flooring (e.g., epoxy, anti-acid coating) for chemical areas.

• Oversee structural health of heavy machinery foundations and mixer platforms.

• Manage drainage systems for chemical runoff and liquid waste discharge.

• Ensure warehouse structural safety for high-stack raw material storage.

Compliance, Safety & Quality Assurance

• Enforce BNBC guidelines (Bangladesh National Building Code) across all structures.

• Inspect material quality including concrete strength, steel reinforcement, and waterproofing.

• Implement strict HSE protocols (Health, Safety, and Environment) at construction zones.

• Secure local regulatory approvals for factory layouts and structural expansions.
