• Only Male

• Use project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera)

• Assist in budgeting and cost estimation

• Support project planning and scheduling

• Must need to stay in site/project

1. Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site

2. Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, designs, and specifications

3. Monitor progress and ensure project timelines are met

4. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams

5. Study and interpret engineering drawings and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)

6. Prepare site reports, layouts, and technical documentation

7. Ensure accurate implementation of design plans

8. Ensure construction quality meets required standards and codes

9. Inspect materials and workmanship regularly

10. Conduct site tests and quality checks

11. Estimate material requirements and coordinate procurement

12. Monitor usage of materials to minimize waste

13. Ensure proper storage and handling of materials

14. Enforce safety rules and regulations on-site

15. Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments

16. Ensure compliance with local construction laws and standards

17. Liaise with architects, consultants, and project managers

18. Resolve technical issues and site challenges

19. Attend site meetings and provide updates
